Shops in Busan.

One of the most fascinating things to me when I travel is how, despite being on the other side of the world, things can feel similar. It then seems to highlight some of the differences even more. Why is there a jeweler off what appeared to be a more residential side street? Why does every place that is not a supermarket seem to put red lights over the meat they are selling? (i will note they are not heat lamps, and the meat is refrigerated) Most jarring of all is how accustomed I have become to ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) standards being standard.

Thanks for reading this short post, I have a bigger project in the works that deals directly with things that feel both familiar and foreign simultaneously. If you had not been made aware there are limited edtion prints available for purchase now on the site so check those out and once again thanks for reading..

till next time…
